Velti wins three Effective Mobile Marketing Awards

We are proud to announce that Velti and our partner T-Mobile Netherlands have received three of the 2020 Effective Mobile Marketing Awards, including the coveted 2020 Grand Prix award! The awards were announced at a virtual ceremony last Friday, where T-Mobile’s prepaid CVM program, optimized by Velti’s AI Engine, Daedalus, also won the categories ‘Most Effective Use of Data’ and ‘Most Innovative Campaign’ of 2020. T-Mobile’s CVM program is an innovative campaign, specifically designed to boost revenues and increase customer value.

Launched in 2010, the Effective Mobile Marketing awards (EMMAs) are hosted by the Mobile Marketing Magazine and celebrate innovation and excellence in the mobile marketing industry, recognizing campaigns that drive business impact though the power of mobile. As the 2020 EMMA judging committee commented on T-Mobile and Velti’s entry: “Mobile operators have a wealth of data on their customers and rarely seem to use it to market to them effectively. In this respect, the winners have broken the mold with this campaign” and acknowledged that with their entry, Velti and T-Mobile have demonstrated “impressive attention to detail and AI-driven personalization, which is reflected in the results” as well as “proof of the power of segmentation and personalization”.
