Leading mobile professional, Elif Ayse Tozge,
joins Velti to head up Turkish operations

Istanbul, Turkey – Velti (LSE:VEL), a leading mobile technology provider,
announced today that Elif Ayse Tozge is to join the company to head up its
operations in Turkey. In this newly created role, Tozge’s title will be Country
Manager for Turkey and she will be responsible for overseeing business development
for Velti’s mobile marketing solutions with brands and operators across the country.
The appointment comes shortly after Velti’s first deal in Turkey with one of the
country’s most innovative mobile operators, Avea.

Velti is a leading platforms and services provider enabling mobile marketing,
advertising, and content delivery, as well as value-added services for mobile
operators, advertising agencies, media groups, and large enterprises.

Tozge joins the company after successful roles with leading advertising agencies in
Turkey, including Rafineri, as well as holding a key position with Turkey’s leading
mobile operator, Turkcell, as the company’s Mobile Marketing and Advertising
Specialist. After Velti’s first customer win in Turkey with Avea, this appointment is
the next step in the company’s expansion plans in South Eastern Europe, which is
one of the fastest-growing areas in wireless communications.
