Velti and Volantis Streamline Content Sales for COSMOTE, the Leading Mobile Operator in Greece

BARCELONA, Spain--Millions of mobile subscribers in Greece now have access to
highly personalized content, thanks to COSMOTE’s cooperation with Volantis Systems
and Velti, one of the world’s leading mobile marketing and advertising technology
providers.

COSMOTE, one of the leading mobile operators in south eastern Europe, worked with
Velti to integrate Volantis’ Framework and Storefront products with Velti’s content
management system. This gives COSMOTE customers faster and easier access to
new content through the ‘COSMOTE my view’ portal, including news, games,
graphics, ringtones and other software and services; which they can purchase
directly through their mobile device.

‘COSMOTE my view’ was successfully deployed in mid-2008 and is now being rolled
out to the operator’s full customer base. The new service has a fully-fledged portfolio
of prominent and well-known content providers, as well as a series of microsites
offering entertainment services. Subscribers also have a great variety of music,
ringtones and wallpapers to choose from.

and personalized portal. With ‘COSMOTE my view’ customers can have their own site
for information, communication and entertainment, via a fresh services menu that

and integration capabilities, we now have great page designs and adaptive menus to
offer our customers. This makes for a more appealing and sophisticated portal which
encourages sales and lets us offer more to our customers than ever before.”

Storefront also offers COSMOTE subscribers personalized features, giving the end
user quicker access – in less clicks – to mobile content they are interested in. The
developments in ‘COSMOTE my view’ means over 6,000 device types are now
supported so all COSMOTE customers can use the service quickly and easily.
