RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Velti Plc, a leading provider of software platforms, applications and services for advertising
agencies, mobile operators and media, announces that the resolutions proposed at the General Meeting held earlier today, as set out in the notice dated 16 September 2008, were both duly passed by shareholders on a show of hands.
The resolutions concerned the approval of electronic communication with shareholders and the adoption of new articles of association to reflect the provisions of the Companies Act 2006.

Velti 2007 interim results
Financial Highlights
• Revenue grew 83% to €7.4 million (2006: €4.0 million)
• EBITDA grew 74% to €2.3 million (2006: €1.3 million)
• Adjusted profit after tax grew 136% to €1.1 million (2006: €0.5 million)
• Adjusted EPS grew 77% to 3.9 eurocents (2006: 2.2 eurocents)
• Positive operating cash flows of €1.2 million (2006: negative operating cash flows of
€0.9 million)
Operational Highlights
• Formed Ansible, a joint venture with the Interpublic group, the first global mobile
marketing company.
• Won key operator contracts from Vodafone, Orange, Orascom’s Wind, Cosmote, M-Tel,
SingTel’s Globe.
• Won key mobile marketing contracts from MTV, CBS, Real, LVMH, PepsiCo’s Tasty
Foods.
• Expanded footprint with key customer wins in Europe, North America and Asia.
• Launched version 3.5 of Mobile Marketing Platform

Financial Highlights
• Revenue grew 122 per cent to €10.8 million (2005: €4.9 million).
• EBITDA grew 125 per cent to €4.3 million (2005: €1.9 million).
• Profit before tax grew 152 per cent to €2.7 million (2005: €1.1 million).
• Profit after tax and minorities grew 209 per cent to €2.2 million (2005: €0.7 million).
• Earnings per share grew 129 per cent to 8.7 eurocents (3.8 eurocents in 2005).

• Won key new contracts from Vodafone, TIM Hellas.
• Launched operations in the UK market and opened a new office in New York.
• Managed a very successful mobile commerce program for Argos in the UK.
