Notice of 2007 Results Announcement

Velti plc, a leading provider of software platforms, applications and services for advertising agencies, mobile operators and media, will announce its results for the year ended 31 December 2007 on Monday, 17 March 2008.

Alex Moukas (Chief Executive Officer) and Pantelis Papageorgiou (Director of Finance) will make a presentation to analysts, at the offices of Bankside Consultants (1 Frederick’s Place, London EC2R 8AE), at 9.30am on that day.
