Velti plc (company number: 5552480), incorporated in the United Kingdom, is a leading provider of mobile software platforms, applications and services for operators and advertising agencies in South Eastern Europe, UK and USA.

With offices in Europe, North America and Asia, and 270 employees, Velti operates in 18 countries and its clientele includes leading mobile network operators, brands and advertising agencies, media groups, large enterprises and financial services organizations


Velti’s product portfolio includes solutions which successfully utilize a comprehensive technological infrastructure and business know-how to enable its clients to create, manage, distribute and deliver content dynamically to different multi-media channels and optimize their advertising and marketing goals.

In May 2006, Velti successfully floated on AIM, and is now placed among the best capitalized companies in its field operating in South Eastern Europe.

In 2007, Velti and the Interpublic Group (one of the world's leading holding organizations of advertising and marketing agencies) announced the formation of Ansible, a mobile marketing joint venture. Ansible operates as a stand-alone unit that partners with agencies throughout the holding company and is a part of Interpublic's Futures Marketing Group.  Ansible is headquartered in New York and offices are to be established this year in Los Angeles, Beijing and London.  Ansible utilizes Velti’s proprietary services and mobile marketing technology to work with brands, agencies and content providers in all markets.

In April, 2008 Velti announced it would invest in Casee, the largest mobile advertising exchange in China.  CASEE provides state-of-the-art tools and services that create a marketplace between content publishers such as Yahoo!, Sohu, Baidu, and advertisers ranging from multinational companies such as Kodak and General Motors to local, small and medium-sized enterprises.  This endeavor will provide Velti the ability to execute mobile campaigns into the fast-growing Chinese market, and will make Velti the largest mobile marketing enabler globally.

Since its inception in 2000, Velti has achieved strong revenue generation and profitability resulting from organic growth. Velti’s strong financial position, coupled with a highly qualified work force and a flexible operating structure, provide with a solid background for future business expansion in the region and innovative product development in the mobile arena.
