Change in date of interim results announcement

As a result of international travel commitments, Velti plc will publish results for the six months ended 30 June 2009 on Monday, 14 September 2009, and not on 9 September 2009 as previously announced.

Alex Moukas (Chief Executive Officer) and Pantelis Papageorgiou (Finance Director) will make a presentation to analysts, at the offices of Bankside Consultants (1 Frederick's Place, London EC2R 8AE), at 9.30am on that day.
