Bath and Body Works, one of the leading personal care retail chains in the United States, approached Velti for help developing a mobile strategy that would ultimately drive in-store traffic and increase sales.
THE VELTI SOLUTION
To generate more in-store traffic, Velti helped BBW build a mobile community, increasing brand awareness and driving consumer preference with tips, product previews, offers and coupons. To promote the new mobile community, Velti helped BBW mobilize their existing traditional marketing assets and enabled multi-channel opt-ins.
- Generated a series of QR codes to make it easy for consumer to opt-in.
- Helped enable short codes to allow consumers to opt-in via text messaging directly from their phones.
