BabyCenter® builds CRM with Mobile
at Mobile Marketing Forum of New
York

Velti (LSE:VEL), and Ansible (IPG’s mobile marketing agency) are bringing
BabyCenter® to the upcoming Mobile Forum in New York on June 2-3, 2009. Jon
Stross, BabyCenter’s vice president and general manager of international will be
presenting a session entitled “Using Mobile to Enhance a Media Brand” on Tuesday
June 2nd at 9:45am.

Jon will be discussing how the #1 global online parenting brand is extending the
BabyCenter experience with mobile phones globally. “Ultimately you have to create
a user experience that reflects how people use the phone geographically and
culturally, and create individual experiences that range from voice, to texting to
mobile internet to 3G+,” He said.

For 11 years, BabyCenter® has been at the forefront of creating innovative ways to
be the “go-to” source of parenting information all over the world. In 2007
BabyCenter® launched its first mobile campaign for BabyCenter Espanol targeting
the American Hispanic market with help of Ansible and Velti. Since that time
BabyCenter® has built on its mobile offering, including the late 2008 launch of
BabyCenter’s Booty Caller, and the BabyCenter mobile site and mobile community
for the U.S. English-speaking Hispanic market. “The success of BabyCenter proves
that mobile marketing is an integrated approach, not a single campaign, that focuses
on customer interaction and experience,” Alex Moukas, CEO, Velti.

Please join BabyCenter®, Ansible and Velti to explore where BabyCenter® is going
next with mobile, how BabyCenter will be using mobile to strengthen consumer
loyalty, and what inroads mobile is making into new markets. “Brands ask about
mobile CRM all the time, I tell them there is no better example than BabyCenter,”
Larry Harris, CEO, Ansible.
