Strategic Alliances

Velti has built a strong strategic relationship with Interpublic Group, including the creation of Ansible, a full service global marketing agency based in New York, as a joint venture between our companies. Ansible offers brand and agency mobile strategy, creative development, and campaign management, leveraging our technology and expertise.

In January 2009, we joined with HT Media, India’s second largest media group and owner of the Hindustan Times, to form HT Mobile Solutions, which provides mobile advertising and marketing services to brands, advertising agencies, and mobile operators throughout India.

Investments

Velti holds a significant investment in CASEE, the largest mobile advertising exchange in China. CASEE creates an online marketplace for content publishers, by serving highly targeted and personalized advertisements via the mobile Internet to consumers across China for major multi-national companies.
